Keep 85% of your commission while scaling your practice. If you are not closing 6 plus deals, we can get you there — if you are ready to do the work.

Agents who close six or more transactions per month may qualify for our flat fee option. This plan includes everything offered in the Split Tier, while allowing top producers to keep more of their commission.form.

Accelerated path to transition into the 100% payout tier as your transaction volume grows. Net Realty maintains a minimum production standard of six closed transactions per agent each year.
